Borderlands appcrash

To do list

1.  Remove DLC (Failed).
2.  Reinstall the game(Failed)
3.  Remove config files at my documents/my games/ borderlands/willgame/config   (Failed)
4.  Revert from net frame 4.5.1 to net frame 4.5(Failed)
5.  Remove and Revert Microsoft visual C++ (Failed)
       5.1   Cannot install Microsoft Visual C++
