I have Paypal credits but I can't buy steam games.
Solution
1. Go to register / log- ing at http://www.mol.com (Money online).
2. Then go here to convert your paypal money to mol points http://www.mol.com/Reload/Faq/1001.
3. Now you can go here to convert your mol points into steam wallet http://www.mol.com/Product/GamehiveMicro/1454.
4. From here I think you already know what to do.
