Cannot connect to the internet on both Firefox and Chrome

Problem
I cannot connect to the internet using both Firefox and Chrome

Todo list
1.  Check Bios for wrong date.
2.  Uninstall itunes
3.  Uninstall Java
4.  Check for viruses
5.  Delete all Infected files at the virus chest
6.  Un check "Hardware acceleration and run google app even close"
7.  It seems most the affected files where change to read only .  Using the attrib command I check all the affected files to normal and fix the problem.
