How to format video for usb players

1.  Check what file does the usb player supports.
2.  In my case its avi so convert your video to avi.  Try using xilisoft video converter.
3,  If the player still cannot read the avi file format. Change it to Vob.  In this process I use DivxtoDVD it is a free software that convert avi to DVD format. 

You can try using xilisoft but for me its on 50-50 chance it will work while in DivxtoDVD it works all the time.
