bsnes is a free SNES emulator for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows which aims to emulate the original SNES hardware accurately rather than with speed, as it avoids the use of game-specific workarounds that treat emulation bugs. bsnes is therefore a low-level emulator.

Super Mario RPG Znes 151 problem

When Playing Super Mario Rpg with Znes the game hangs but the emulator still works.  See picture 1 this is the tutorial it hangs if you choose to see the tutorial.

To remedy this problem choose the next option See picture 2

It the problem is triggered by the floating text in the item menu See Picture 3.  I a player choose an item more than once the game hangs.  You can remedy this by Saving first preferably Savestate then opening the item menu.  Choose the item you need then exit the menu.  Do it for every item one at a time.

Buy the most expensive weapons and parts for your characters

If you need some cash goto the colleseum to earn some money

Use your players in rotation to make them all level up

My configuration

Shoulder - Rocket launcher and Shield
Grip - Long and short range weapons

If you want to level up your supply truck battle it against another supply truck or to enemy wanzers that has no arms.

Putting damage wanzer beside supply truck will slowly repair damage and broken parts. 

Characters can also change weaponns or add and store items from the supply truck

Opening the supply menu will also replenish ammo

The supply menu can only be access if your wanzer is beside the supply truck

Battle tips

If possible destroy enemy supply truck first.

Concentrate your fire power on a single enemy until it is destroyed

Using "Guide" reduce accuracy

Use "guide" on weapons with infinite ammo

After eight years (to the exact day!) of intense labors by many - some tragic and others triumphant - Matt’s Messy Room and D-D are jointly announcing the penultimate closure of another success story. We are releasing Slayers on its 8th anniversary - the final day of winter. Except for a few small details planned for our first update, Slayers is finished and 100% compatible with real hardware. Because older emulators do not appear to fully support this game, including the Japanese ROM, we are recommending BSNES as the emulator of choice.

Please consult the Readme.doc in our Slayers V1.00 archive for additional information, especially you Slayers anime and novel fans who may not be familiar with playing console videogames on PCs through the implementation of hardware emulators.

Players are also invited to visit our Slayers forum to discuss any matters pertaining to your experiences with our patch. We welcome being apprised of any problems, glitches, or typos you might encounter. In fact, we are highly receptive to g-a-m-i-n-g feedback from everyone - including n00bs - that is presented in a thoughtful manner that properly respects the great effort we have put into this patch.

We wrote the story to the best of our abilities - for our own enjoyment - in a Western localization style attuned to our own interpretation of the Slayers culture. The results turned out so well, in our opinions, we voted to share our  patch with the world.

Story

Chrono Trigger begins with the 1000 A.D. Millennial Fair, where Crono and Marle sample Lucca's new teleportation device. Marle volunteers, but disappears through a strange portal when the machine reacts with her pendant. Crono asks to be sent through the machine to find her, and discovers he's traveled back 400 years. He meets Marle at Guardia Castle, and learns that a search party looking for the missing queen of that era found her instead. Marle then vanishes; Lucca arrives and claims that she's actually the princess of Guardia in 1000 A.D., and that since her ancestor was not rescued, Marle ceased to exist. With the help of a talking amphibian called Frog, Crono and Lucca rescue the real Queen, kidnapped by "Mystics" who worship the wizard Magus. Marle reappears and the group returns to 1000 A.D., where Crono is placed on trial for allegedly kidnapping Marle. He's sentenced to death, but breaks free from the prison. With Marle and Lucca, he flees the king, to nearby Guardia Forest, where they stumble into a time gate. (Source Wiki)

Fast level up

Equip Crono and another character with Berserk accessory use the third member as a healer then set up the battle speed to the max. Change the battle gauge to active in order for your heroes to attack continuously.
