Systems which don't use game cartridges, such as the Playstation, don't have ROM files. In the case of systems such as the
Sony Playstation you can create a copy of the CD/DVD in your computer's hard disk. Those files are commonly called CD/DVD
Images or ISO's.

Answer
USe software like Deamon tools, Alcohol 120%, Virtual CD, Clone cd, Nero, CDRwin.

How do I use ISO (image) files?
Answer
1. Download Deamon tools.
2. Run Deamon tools.
3. An icon will show up on your task bar
4. Left click on the Deamon tools icon to show the menu.
5. Choose Virtual CD/Dvd-rom --> Drive 0: [F:] No media --> Mount image.
6. Navigate your way to your CD/Dvd ISO(image). See "Common ISO(image) formats)"
Note:
If the iso is compatible with Deamon tools your see your image.
