Problem
When Fighting Dumah in the furnace the fire won't ignite

Solution
The bug sometimes occurs, I myself experience this to solve this problem. To solve this problem you need to start again the mission or load your previous file and fight Dumah again.

Note
Some say that the problem occurs when saving in between the mission and not finishing it.  It is said that you need to finish the mission with Dumah with one go.  Saving and loading in between the mission may trigger the problem.
