How to "resume" dowload in Google drive

Problem
Downloading from google drive can be a problem if your downloading a large file.  Google drive does not support resume.

Solution
As a work around for this problem use "Jdownloader".   Install Jdownloader then get the "Shared link" of the file you want to download.  Using the Jdownloader add the link into it.  Download using Jdownloader.  Jdownloader lets you resume download.

This is a problem with  Visual C++ 2015,  It seems that Visual C++ 2015 need  "7601.17514.101119-1850_Update_Sp_Wave1-GRMSP1.1_DVD" in order to install correctly.

Solution
1.  First download "7601.17514.101119-1850_Update_Sp_Wave1-GRMSP1.1_DVD"
2.  Install Visual C++ 2015

The cable is too short.  The sound is loud and nice.   The packaging is ok.
