How to Create a memory card on EPSXE 1.6.0

If you wish to save your game(s), you need to create a memory card.

1. Go to File and Configuration.

2. Click on the Memory Cards button.

3. Type a name for the memory card. Any name. Example C:\Whatevername.mcr.

4. Click Ok. And you're done.
5. Play a Playstation CD
6. Save your progress
7. Once you save your progress the memory card will be created.
Note: The memory will only be created once you use it to save your game progress.

  4. This didn't help me, either. After I save- and I double check that it did- I close the game, and I lose everything. Is there any way to avoid losing all data..? Am I missing something?
