Cannot detect usb flash drive after installing windows 7

Problem:
I cannot use my flash drive after installing windows 7.

Further checking
1.  It seems windows 7 sp1 has a bug which is exactly my problem.
2.  When I check the Device manager I detected a problem with "USB - Enhanced USB Host Controller"

What I did

1.  Format flash drive with a different computer also change from ntfs to Fat 32
2.  Check for viruses using avast and malwarebytes
3.  Installed windows6.1-kb2529073-x86.msu, vcredist_x86.exe

4.  Follow instruction below but in step 9 I also uninstall "Enhanced usb host controller"
