Handycafe Tips and Tricks

Troubleshooting

Problem
Handycafe customer.db problem.
I have a problem with my Handycafe software.  Every time I start it a message box will appear saying "Index is out of date". 

Solution
1.  Go to Program files --> Handycafe --> Sever --> then copy DB folder to another location (Backup it).
2.  Then go to Program files --> Handycafe --> Sever --> Utils look for "dtutil32.exe".  See figure 1

3.  A new window will pop up choose  DBHandyCafe for Alias name and Customer.DB for table name.  See figure 2

4.  Click "Verify" then "Rebuild".
5.  Exit.
