Cannot access Zyxel Parental Control P-2612HNU-F1F

Problem:
Every time I go to the parental control menu of my Zyxel P-2612HNU-F1F nothing shows up (see figure 1).

Solution

1.  Log in to your and go to Back up restore.

2. Create a back up your current settings

3.  A file will be created config.rom
4.  Open the file with notepad
5.  Press Ctrl F
6,  Look for parental control 
7.  Put "1" to turn on all the Parental control settings example"<Enable PARAMETER="configured" TYPE="boolean">1</Enable>"
8.  Here you can add ban website eg:  <URLFilter PARAMETER="configured" TYPE="string" LENGTH="580">www.free-t2o-play.blogspot.com,www.google.com</URLFilter>
9.  Turn " 1" to this syntax will turn on only a particular setting<Enable PARAMETER="configured" TYPE="boolean">1</Enable  </i1></PCP></ParentalControl>

Note:  It is advisable to put 1 on both 7 and 9 to make sure the parental control works
