Command & Conquer: Red alert Free game

Command & Conquer: Red Alert
Command & Conquer: Red Alert is a real-time strategy computer game of the Command & Conquer franchise, produced by Westwood Studios and released by Virgin Interactive in 1996. The second game to bear the "C&C" title, Red Alert is the prequel to the original Command & Conquer of 1995, and takes place in the early history of the alternate universe of Command & Conquer when Allied Forces battle an aggressive Soviet Union for control over the European mainland. It was initially available for PC (MS-DOS & Windows 95 versions included in one package), and was subsequently ported to PlayStation. The PlayStation version was also re-released as a download for PSP. On August 31, 2008, EA officially rendered Command & Conquer: Red Alert freeware.

Story

Einstein has traveled back in time and has eliminated Hitler. Now instead, Stalin takes command and tries to take over Europe. The allies try to fight him back. Now you have to chose which side to join in this battle.

Several Years after the conclusion of WWII, Albert Einstein perfects his Chronosphere time traveling technology and uses it to go back in time and kill Hitler before WWII even starts. This has dire consequences however, as it allows Stalin to take over a great deal of Europe unopposed, which leads to a time of war far greater than WWII could ever be. You can either play a Soviet or Allied commander. You can either Bring the world under a communist regime, controlled by a psychopathic dictator, or you can liberate the world from communism, and unite them all as Allies.
